The renowned South Australian Clare Valley region is studded with towering, historic 300 year old Eucalypt Blue Gums making the area an iconic and captivating site – particularly when in bloom. The Honey Alchemists hives stretch throughout this historic and majestic district, in vast conservation zones including along the sprawling Heysen Trail to gather the purest nectar from some of the oldest Blue Gum trees in existence. 

The Blue Gum flowers sporadically, once a year in spring, and is a source of Australia’s most prized Blue Gum honey.  Only Clare Valley Blue Gum Honey is so beautifully light in colour, whilst still maintaining a smooth and robust flavour without being too sweet.
