Australian Manuka Honey is farmed from the Australian native Leptospermum bush, of which the greatest diversity can be found growing naturally in the large expanses of South Australia’s own Mallee region. As a native to South Australia the bees roam free, naturally collecting the richest wild Manuka honey produced.

Manuka honey is renowned for its medicinal and high antibacterial properties, with South Australia possessing some of  the greatest wild plantings of Leptospermum bush, from which Manuka honey is collected. A world class honey unique to the region with a bold flavour and rich, dark colourings consistent with the highest grade Manuka honey farmed.
